These terms cover this website and the Wingman app, provided by Wingman, powered by myGIGlife INC. By signing up for the test, creating an account, or using the app, you agree to them.

What Wingman is

Wingman is a helper for the browser game Torn. It reads your game data through the official Torn API and shows timings and alerts. It does not play for you or click anything in the game. You take every action yourself.

Wingman is independent. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Torn.

Test version

The app is in testing. It may be wrong, late, or unavailable, and we may change or end the test at any time. Do not rely on it for anything important.

Your account and key

• Use only your own Torn API key, and a Limited access key.
• You are responsible for your Torn account and for following Torn's rules. Wingman timings are estimates, not guarantees.
• Do not misuse the service: no attacking it, overloading it, or using it to harm others.

Ending your use

You can stop any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

No warranty and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost in-game progress, items, money, or missed alerts, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Free service

The test is free. If we ever charge, we will tell you the price and terms clearly before you pay anything.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell test users by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Wingman after that means you accept it.
